Terms of use

Holy Mary 24/7 is an app for praying the Rosary together. By using it, you accept simple rules of safety, respect and responsibility.

Last updated: 28 September 2026

This is a translation of the Polish version, provided for your convenience. If the versions differ, the Polish version prevails.

Access to the app

The app is available without creating an account. To join a prayer, you need a nickname, which shows your presence and lets you use the intentions chat.

Some personal features, including the year-round novena with its notebook, require a free account and signing in. The spiritual pilgrimage works without an account — once you sign in, you can save a copy of it in your account.

The service may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, provider outages or deployment changes.

Chat and moderation

  • Only post content in keeping with the purpose of shared prayer.
  • Don’t post other people’s sensitive data without their consent.
  • Offensive content, spam or abuse may be hidden by the administrator.
  • The administrator may restrict access if a user’s behaviour harms the community.

The novena and the local notebook

Notes created in the novena section are stored locally on your device. They are not synchronised between devices and are not available to the project administrator.

You are responsible for keeping access to your device and browser data. Clearing the site’s data, losing the device or deleting the local notebook means the entries cannot be recovered.

Donations

Donations are voluntary and support the upkeep and development of the app. They are not a fee for access to the prayer and do not affect your ability to use the basic features.

Payments are handled by Stripe. The app records a donation only after Stripe has verified the payment.

Notifications and audio

Push notifications are optional. You can turn them off in the app settings or in your browser settings. Audio recordings are provided for shared prayer and may be replaced with newer versions.

Contact

You can send questions, bug reports and data-related requests through the form in the app or to admin@holymary247.com.

These are basic terms for the first release. Before a broad public launch, they should be adapted to the project’s final owner and operating model.
